Return policy

Tabwise sells digital subscriptions to the Chrome extension and online service. There is no physical shipment. This policy explains refunds, cancellations, and charge disputes.

Free tier

The Free plan costs nothing. You may stop using the extension at any time without contacting us. Deleting the extension removes local tokens; account data on the server remains until you request deletion.

Paid subscriptions

When checkout is enabled, Pro and Team are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. You can cancel renewal from the account page or billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Refund window

If you are unsatisfied with a first-time paid purchase, email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. Include the account email and invoice or payment reference. We will refund the payment to the original method if usage in that period was under 10% of your plan’s monthly question limit.

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we failed to provide the service (extended outage, billing error). Partial-month refunds are not offered after the 14-day window.

Chargebacks

Contact us before opening a dispute with your card issuer. We will review legitimate billing mistakes quickly. Abuse of chargebacks may result in account closure.

Team plans

Team subscriptions are sold per seat with a minimum of three seats. Removing seats takes effect at the next renewal. Unused seats mid-cycle are not prorated unless we agree in writing for annual contracts.
